Please come in with dry, clean hair!
Please arrive with your hair tangle free! Detangling can add additional time for the appointment.
For any lightening services on the scalp, please refrain from scratching or washing right before the appointment to help lessen scalp sensitivity.
Inspiration pics are so helpful for color and cut ideas!
Please wear comfy clothing! (except for anything with a collar or hood, they tend to get in the way!)
Towels and Capes are worn to protect you from color! There is still a possibly of getting color on your clothes so please be mindful of your outfit! (tip: get a dedicated old shirt to wear for your color appts!)
Some color services can be long! To better prepare yourself, you can bring a snack in case you get hungry and some form of entertainment while you wait!

Since we are a private hair studio, we are by appointment only!
Please come at your appointment time! Since we are a small space, I can only tend to one client at a time. Please allow me to open the door for you or send a text so I can buzz you in.
Please be mindful when bringing a guest as we are a small space. 1 guest only.
While we are a child friendly salon, I have a no-kids policy unless they have an appointment. We are a small space and being surrounded with chemicals and tools, it is hard to keep them safe!
We require clients to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to book.
Color services are priced on an hourly rate depending on the complexity of the service. Hourly pricing services are subjected to yearly increases. If you have a specific budget, please let me know so I can better accommodate you.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% the price of your scheduled appointment.No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. This must be paid first in order to rebook in the future.

Please let us know if you will be late for any reason!We allow a grace period of 15 minutes in case of traffic/tardiness.Not arriving on time could cause for a shorter appointment time and possibility of having to reschedule some or all services.You are considered a No Show if it has been past 15 minutes with no prior notification of being late or cancelling.

We do not offer refunds.My goal is for you to leave happy!If you need an adjustment within reason, please let us know within 7 days. Adjustment appointments are for the same week.

I strive to keep my studio clean and healthy as possible! I will have masks on hand as well as hand sanitizer. If you require to wear a mask and need me to wear one, please feel free to let me know! I am more than happy to make you feel comfortable.Please cancel your appointment ASAP if you are sick! I’ll be happy to accommodate for when you’re feeling better!

We have simplified our pricing to be hourly! No need to worry about a la carte services, surprise fees, or tipping! Hourly pricing lets us be transparent and inclusive for everyone. My coloring services are formatted depending on the complexity of service desired! We are now hourly to account time needed to achieve your goals! Services are more customized with the freedom of using a variety of techniques/applications. Add ons like K18 and conditioning treatments can be added on to any service. Every hourly service includes blowdry & style to finish, and haircut if desired.
